Going to Thailand

Beyond being a very profitable real estate investment that brings you more than 750 Euros per month, acquiring this property for sale in Phuket offers you in addition 2 weeks of annual vacation to enjoy a family trip under the sun of Thailand.

Today we present you the typical day of a family having bought a villa in Phuket.

Between immense beaches with crystal clear waters, mangrove covered islets and trendy rooftops, the Phuket peninsula offers a multitude of diverse activities that await only the tourists in search of discoveries, animation but also serenity.

After a quiet awakening around 9am, you get up to fully enjoy this day which, according to the rising sun in the middle of a clear sky, looks radiant.

Even though your children playing happily in the garden seem to be awake already, you are still a little sleepy. As you reflexively head towards the coffee machine, you finally decide to take a dip in the swimming pool, before being quickly joined by your family members. The children play with the buoys while the parents do a few laps.

Once the whole family is wide awake, you have breakfast on your terrace before taking the free shuttle bus to Mai Khao beach. It is best to go there in the morning while it is still crowded and the sun is not too hot for the children.

After only 10 minutes drive in the heart of Phuket, you arrive on the Mai Khao beach bordered for its major part by the Sirinat National Park, it offers a natural landscape bordered by a few rare luxury hotels.

At the end of the morning, you decide to go to the east coast of the peninsula to see the famous Ao Po marina. It takes only twenty minutes by car to go and see the magnificent yachts sheltered in this huge deep-water marina.

As you start to get hungry, you decide to have lunch in a charming little traditional restaurant by the sea. Here you and your family can enjoy local specialties such as rice or fried noodles with chicken or beef, or freshly caught fish from local fishermen.

After this pleasant meal, you decide to spend the afternoon on one of the islands surrounding the Phuket peninsula. To do so, nothing could be simpler, just take one of the water taxi boats moored on the sand and enjoy the few dozen minutes ride in the heart of the turquoise waters of the Andaman Sea. Once on the island of Koh Naka Yai, you will be free to discover it as you wish. Originally a refuge for fishermen, Naka Yai, with its white sandy beaches in the shade of coconut trees, is a unique destination. Surrounded by natural mangroves and landscaped gardens, it is a perfectly secluded tropical haven of peace.

Having strolled all afternoon, it is at the end of the day that you decide to return to your villa to find some peace and quiet. The children enjoy the swimming pool while the parents enjoy the SPA with a massage session. All these services are offered to all Utopia Thalang residents, who also benefit from privileged access to the services of another Utopia residence (the one in Maikhao nearby) accessible by free shuttle bus and which includes many other services (such as a water park, a Kid’s Club, bars and restaurants…).

Then, you decide to leave your Villa in order to go and enjoy the nightlife of Phuket. The sun sets on the terraces full of bars and restaurants in Phuket. It is after having eaten well in a Thai restaurant that you opt for a small cocktail in a trendy rooftop with a superb view on the whole peninsula of Phuket which lights up little by little under your eyes.

Finally, you decide to go back home quietly to sleep in your comfortable beds to be in shape to enjoy a new day of family holidays.
