Pattaya property mega-project: Aquatic District Pattaya is scheduled for development, close to the beach.
This is one of a group of projects totalling 100,000,000 baht from the Asset World Corporation – projects already planned before the Covid crisis. Today, with the gradual return of tourism, the announcement of this mega-project shows a positive dynamic.
The project will be developed in the centre of Pattaya Bay, on the beach, near the Hard Rock Hotel, between Pattaya Beach Road and Pattaya Second Road (near the Central Festival).
Five major hotels are planned: JW Marriott, The Auto Graph Collection, Marriott Marquis (with a huge convention centre), Kimptons Hotel and Vignette Collection (which will be separate from the main building).
